Who is Nakamura Cleaning?

Established in 2011, we are a small family run cleaning business based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We have a great team of local cleaners working under us as independent operators.



Where do you service?

We service Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore areas.



What services do you offer?

We offer Regular Cleaning Services and Once Off Cleaning Services, (Spring/End of Lease cleans etc.) Please see appropriate web pages for more details.



When can I book a service?

You can book a Regular Cleaning Service Monday-Friday. Regular Cleans are available Daily, Weekly or Fortnightly.

You can book a Once-Off Clean any time, 7 days a week.



Do I need to be home when my cleaner comes?

No, you can leave a key out for them in a secret spot, or be home to meet them on the first clean to show them through your place. It is totally up to you.



How do I pay for my cleaning service?

For Regular Cleans, you are asked to pay for the first 2 cleans in an upfront cash payment directly to your cleaner and then you can organize cash or direct deposit payments for each clean moving forward.

For Once-Off Cleans, Cash payments are only accepted, paid directly to your cleaner.

A tax receipt will be issued at the end of the clean by your cleaner as required.


Can I change my cleaning time?

Yes you can. We understand schedules change, so just give your cleaner a call directly or give us a call at head office and we will do our best to accommodate you.

24 Hours notice is required for cancellations, otherwise cancellation fees will apply.



Will I have the same reliable cleaner each time?

Yes, each of our cleaners are interviewed face to face, reference checked and required to sign a six month contract with us, so you will have peace of mind. If your cleaner is ever sick or on holidays we will provide fill-in cleaners for you if you require.



Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?

Yes of course. We understand sometimes people just don’t gel, so please don’t hesitate to contact us at head office and we will find you a new cleaner discreetly and obligingly. 



Do you guarantee your cleaning service?

Yes definitely. If you are ever unhappy with your service please contact Head Office directly on the day of the clean and we will take care of it for you.

In your booking confirmation we ask that you make a prioritized cleaning list in accordance with the ones provided here on our website. This will help your cleaner to establish a routine and ensure your own satisfaction.


Do you have Insurance?
Yes Nakamura Cleaning & all its cleaners are covered with Public Liability Insurance.
Public liability insurance is your protection if our cleaners are found to be legally responsible for personal injury to a third party(other than themselves) or damage to your property.
